Puolanga High School is located on the shore of Lake Puolanka, in the center of Puolanka municipality, around one hour drive from City of Kajaani, the capital of Kainuu province. Thanks to our compact size, students are given individual attention, they make friends quickly and get to know each other and everything is conveniently close also during free time.
In addition to Puolanka residents, many people from outside Puolanka Municipality also come to study here. The municipality offers affordable student apartments in the center of Puolanka, where you can also find, for example, a cinema, shops and various sports opportunities.
